Culture is the overall trust (faith) and value (value) of the growth and prosperity of an organization, a basic way of thinking, behavior and the human agency, and handed down from generation to generation. Cultural resources can be used as an effective use of force to achieve its objectives in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization.
Culture can work:
* Joint way of thinking, behavior and actions of all employees of organizations / companies
* To facilitate the establishment and implementation of the vision, mission and strategy of the company
* To strengthen cooperation in the enterprise team, to eliminate friction, generated by internal friction
* Strengthen resilience in the face of external pressure.
From the above definition shows how corporate culture plays an important role in an organization to adapt. The family is the smallest of companies, has a father, mother and children. Way organizations, families and others will be different, because the nature of the different households. But there are some things the same between the family and the other one, because the assumption that live in an environment to create safe and comfortable environment, the rules must be understood and respected by members of the environment. This Regulation is by a person or family environment for these rules are respected, but without the burden, and even members of the comfortable environment, because there are rules, so that everyone knows “what is allowed and what not to do.”
